Since 2012, Corner Office Gourmet, also known to our wholesale customers as Canapé Team has operated with several functions.  We have served as a corporate caterer, frozen food production facility, producer of sandwiches, salads, fresh hors d’ oeuvre and appetizers as well as a local grab & go style café. 

Our wholesale selections have been sold under the name of local distributors; Boston Gourmet Chefs, Siegel Egg, Jamac Foods (NY), and formerly Progressive Gourmet.  Our customer base is a diverse group of universities, hospitals, hotels and convention centers throughout New England with a primary concentration in the Greater Boston Area.   We provide catering services to offices and work-places in the radius of Rte. 128 / 95 to Boston.  Prior to the pandemic, our café would provide lunch for walk-ins at an average of 120 ppl a day.

We are licensed with the city of Woburn with permits for Retail, Milk, Ice Cream, and as a Caterer.  We are also licensed with the State of Massachusetts to process & distribute food for sale at wholesale (MA-8780). 

The greatest strength of our company has been to provide high quality and diverse selections in HIGH VOLUME, often tailored specifically to the needs of our customers.  The size of our orders can be as small as 6 pieces of sushi for a café customer, and as large 5000 packaged sandwiches per day, sold as boxed or bagged lunches to large institutions. In addition to our wide variety of production we are known to be very flexible and reliable for deliveries.

Corner Office Gourmet has been able to accomplish the above with the following;

·  HACCP plans in place for sandwiches and other foods.

·  Over 300 square feet of production space 

·  Over 200 square feet of walk-in refrigeration space

·  100 square feet of Freezer space

·  Slicers, Mixers, Dough Sheeters, high capacity Tilt skillet, double deck ovens and 3 phase electricity

·  2 Refrigerated Vans

·  Relationships with Vendors that Supply Meats, Dairy, Breads, and Produce.

Most importantly, a dedicated team of trained production assistants and on- call temporary help.
